Product Overview
The Nano-Ceramic Coating Process uses sol-gel technology to form a ceramic coating on aluminum panel substrates. Based on water-dispersed nanoscale oxides, including silica and alumina, the coating process produces a ceramic-like surface after controlled curing.
During production, the coating is applied to the metal substrate and subsequently cured at approximately 180–200°C. The resulting surface combines decorative characteristics with the surface protection required for architectural applications.
Product Features
Sol-Gel Technology: Uses nanoscale oxide materials to form a ceramic coating.
Low-Temperature Curing: Employs a controlled curing process at approximately 180–200°C.
Ceramic-Like Surface: Creates a smooth, uniform finish with a distinctive appearance.
Surface Protection: Provides resistance to scratches, stains, and common environmental exposure.
Decorative Flexibility: Supports different colors and surface finishes.
Quality Control: Coating performance can be evaluated through relevant surface and adhesion tests.
